Why TN Stars exists.
Flag football is the fastest-growing girls' sport in the country — and the slowest-growing infrastructure to support it. Most leagues treat girls' divisions as an afterthought. We don't. TN Stars Flag is built from the ground up around the girls' game: 5v5, no-contact, certified officials, broadcast-grade live scoring, and a clear pathway to the high school varsity teams now adopting flag across Tennessee.
Where she'll play.
First-timer friendly. Teaches the basics — routes, hand-offs, flag pulling — in a positive, encouraging environment.
Real play-calling begins. Players learn position fundamentals and start tracking individual stats.
Competitive division. Full playbooks, weekly standings, individual leaderboards, and a real postseason.
