About the Program

Competitive. All-girls. Southeast.

TN Stars Flag is a competitive girls' travel flag football program based in Tennessee, competing at NFL Flag Regionals, Super Regionals, and the Southeast's marquee tournaments. Four age divisions. One standard: play the best, beat the best.

Our story

Why TN Stars exists.

Girls' flag football is on a national trajectory — a 2028 Olympic sport, sanctioned by 45+ high school associations, and adding NCAA + NAIA scholarship programs every season. Tennessee has the athletes to compete at the top. What it didn't have was a travel-caliber program built for them. TN Stars Flag is that program: real coaching, real tournament schedules, and real exposure to the coaches at the next level.

Every team on the same tournament arc: Regional qualifiers, Super Regionals, and the NFL Flag National path.

03

Recruiting exposure

Tracked individual stats, tournament film, and coach relationships that lead to varsity + college opportunities.
