Three Stars. One League. All Girls.
Why TN Stars Flag

Built for girls.
Built to win.

TN Stars Flag is a real league — not a clinic, not a one-off camp. Six Saturdays of competitive flag football, four age divisions, official end-of-season tournaments, and a live scoring + standings platform that families can follow from anywhere.

We treat youth girls' flag the way other leagues treat their varsity programs: certified referees, weekly officiating, individual stat tracking, and a real playoff picture every family can watch unfold week over week.

Stat-tracked seasons

Every snap counts. Live scores, season standings, MVP leaders, and playoff scenarios in real time.

Certified officials

Every game ref'd by a trained, league-vetted official. Coaches focus on coaching, parents on cheering.

Broadcast-grade platform

Powered by SidelineOS — the live scoreboard, bracket projector, and playoff picture the league runs on.

Age Divisions

FAQ

Common questions.

Registration is $195 per player for the Fall 2026 season. That covers your reversible jersey, flag belt, six regular-season Saturdays, the end-of-season tournament, certified officials at every game, and full access to the SidelineOS scoring and standings platform. Sibling discount of $25 off each additional player. Need-based scholarships are available — email scholarships@tnstarsflag.com.
Not at all. Every division is designed to take first-time players and develop them through the season. The 8U and 10U divisions in particular are built around fundamentals — catching, throwing, route running, and pulling flags. Many of our HS-division players started here in 3rd grade with zero experience.
After registration closes, every player attends a player evaluation day on August 23–24. Coaches rate each player on a private 1–5 scale across catching, throwing, pulling flags, and field IQ. We then run a snake-style draft to balance teams. Coach and teammate requests are honored where possible, but the priority is competitive balance across the division.
No. TN Stars Flag is strict no-contact flag football. Pulling the flag belt ends the play. Defenders cannot tackle, screen with arms extended, or initiate contact with the ball-carrier. Our officials enforce contact penalties firmly — safety is the league's #1 priority.
One weeknight practice per week, plus Saturday games. Practices are 60–75 minutes depending on division and run from the team draft through the end of the regular season. Your team's coach will share the practice day, time, and field during the first week of September.
We use SidelineOS — the same broadcast platform Music City Flag Fest and NOVA Stars run on. Every game is scored live by a team rep on the sideline. Families can open the league's web app on any phone to see live scores, division standings, individual stats, playoff projections, and the bracket as it unfolds. No app install required.
Light rain — we play. Heavy rain or lightning within 10 miles — we delay or reschedule. Weather calls are made by 8:00 AM Saturday and posted to the SidelineOS app and pushed via text to the parent contact on file. Every effort is made to make up rained-out Saturdays at the end of the regular season.
